PROF. Richard M. Osgood
Richard Osgood is Higgins Professor of Electrical Engineering (Emeritus) at Columbia University in New York City. Prior to his retirement, he taught courses in integrated photonics and lasers and in the physics and chemistry of advanced electronics materials and surfaces. His current recent focus is (1) advance optical design using high-end computing systems and (2) the application of advanced synchrotron measurements of semiconductor alloys.
